how to get a job easily?

How to get a job easily with job guarantee?

This question may represent at least 10 million youth scrounging for dream jobs in India but with no success. How to get a job may be valued as a million dollar question. Why millions of people remain unemployed for prolonged periods and thus get their talent, age, power & ability wasted. Why not plan this challenge in such a way so that we land in our desired job ASAP.

There are many factors which play quintessential role getting the best job offer. As per my views the most important factor is your expertise in a particular skill set. Let’s see how it works.

A few decades ago the degree of MBA was launched by Harvard Business School, USA to aid the working mangers learn new innovative ideas to manage the business more effectively as per the changing norms of the economy. But gradually, with the aim to rake in big bucks, this MBA degree was marketed as the sure shot gate-pass of getting a dream job. Hence, students started opting for MBA degree course right after completing graduation without acquiring any work experience. This simply fails the purpose of this coveted degree.

India being a developing nation, quite remarkably copied this fact as it was promoted by the developed nations and even now also a typical India youth is running behind a degree instead of attaining a particular expertise. Getting a degree is very important, no doubt about that. But only a theoretical qualification will not make a good manager. Along with the degree, you should try to attain practical exposure in a particular domain of your interest and choice. For e.g. while going for MBA, isn’t it will be wonderful if you are carrying a 6-month or 1-year work experience in a bank or stock broker firm or an insurance company. Another e.g. may be like you join a course in digital marketing or Tally accounting package or graphics designing and make it your USP during your MBA or BBA degree tenure.

The world is behind your skill and not your degree. You have to show to the employer your expertise in a particular domain and not a bunch of degrees or certificates. The company is employing you and not your certificates. You have to bring some positive change in the company, you have to bring an additional value to the company only then it will be ready to pay the price (your salary).

So always focus on your skill set and keep enhancing it after every 6 months or 1 year max. This is a fast changing world and you have to keep abreast with the new technological advancements happening in your area of expertise. As soon as you see some new exciting and promising advancement, try to gain knowledge about it through youtube videos, internet articles or experts’ opinion. If time allows then join some short-term training at once. Otherwise plan for the same at an earliest.

Follow my advice and you will see a rocket change in next 2-3 years in your career.

Jai Hind!
