  1. Rho independent termination is a mechanism in prokaryotes that causes RNA transcription to stop and release the newly made RNA .

    rho-dependent and rho independent ,
    in rho independent termination , termination is done without the help of rho factor,
    it depend on specific sequence in dna template strands,as the rna polymerase hits the end region where it has rich in c and g sequence, it will form a hair pin like structure due to folding and complementary base pairing . a strech of u nucleotide follows the hair pin which make complemantary sequence with a nucleotide and this form very week interaction with template DNA strands. this will fall off from the DNA template strand and make it terminate
