composition scheme is for those dealers who have a turnover of less than 75 lakhs i think and one more point they do not sell outside the border of their state. If they buy goods or raw material by paying GST they will not be able to claim ITC. aur jyada pata nahi iske baare mein. itna hi padha tha.
