  3. Meditation is for the peace of mind, it relaxes our soul, gives us pleasure and eliminates all evils from our life this does not means all problems are eliminated but we automatically become patient, and become confident to fight against all fears.
    Meditating only 5 min will work but we should be 100% be concentrated, should not think about any thing else
