    2)Power and scope
    3)Consistency in brand image
    4)Ability to leverage good ideas quickly and efficiently
    5)Uniformity of marketing practices

    Disadvantages
    1)Differences in consumer needs, wants, and usage patterns for products
    2)Differences in consumer response to marketing mix elements
    3)Differences in brand and product development and the competitive environment
    4)Differences in the legal environment, some of which may conflict with those of the home market
    5)Differences in the institutions available, some of which may call for the creation of entirely new ones (e.g. infrastructure)
    6)Differences in administrative procedures

  4. If you want your company to be known more and want some better opportunities you should opt for global marketing but as as global marketing have much more chances of earning you’ll need a heavy investment and more the investment means more the risk.
    If your company have better responses before and you can invest much money then then i would suggest you to go for global marketing .
