    Vikram sarabai centre is major research space centre of the Indian space research organisation , which totally focuses on rocket and space vehicls for India satellite programmes. It was wa founded on 21 november 1963. It is located in thiruvananthpuram. S. sominathan is the director general of vikram sarabai space centre.
