It wholly depends upon the person. It might be difficult for people to come back to your study life after doing job whereas some people may not want to waste time or want to earn side by side with studying.
It is always preferred first to complete your studies and then look for a job as the skills once u get educated at the level you wanted are more good rather than just doing a job after a graduate.
Obviously practical knowledge is the best which one gets by working in the same field of the study…but if he/she is given the opportunity to pursue further studies on the cost of their job…not a bad option i guess….as regular college not only provides a better knowledge…also it enhances the overall personality, one tend to meet new persons, experiences a changed atmosphere, much more learnings related to studies and life too which distance learning might lack behind…
In my opinion depend on family condition sir
If your family condition good so leave job and learning new qualifications and if your family condition weak so go with job.
