Always remember that these terms, conditions or policies are formed from the employer’s point of view so the employee is deemed to get entangled in one or the other complication now or in future. The employing company will safeguard itself against any claim, agitation or repulsion. The employee’s wings are curtailed while framing all these terms & conditions and the job agreement, which the employee has to sign while accepting the job, is framed in such legal language that the new comers may not understand it fully.
