due to gst, more and more business will be done through billing and it will lead to increase in the tax collection of the government. with increased revenue, govt can launch more welfare schemes and decrease the income tax also. with gst the foreign companies can also prefer India over other countries to start business, establish factories or assembling plants. it will be good for India in the long run i think
