    Personality doesn’t play a major role as your skills are the main factor they will judge upon but still you can’t ignore your grooming all together. In IT firms also, many job roles are related with public relations or marketing profiles in which you would have to meet clients, govt. officials, MNC’s representatives etc and there your personality will matter a lot.
