because you are not a machine. you are human who is controlled by feelings naming hatred, anger, frustration, greed, love, compassion, jealousy, laziness etc. So we tend to act inappropriately though we might be aware of the consequences hidden in acting like that. So, it is a psychological concept. Human mind can be trained to act in a precise manner like the army personnel act.
