Established in the year 1980 Arvindbhai Patel Institute offers various architecture and Design Courses like Interior Designing (both Bachelors and Master’s Degree). The school which teaches the course of Interior Designing is named as Dr. H.M Patel School and its foundation was laid in the year 1991. T3he campus covers 2.5 acres of space. Candidates can apply for the admissions in accordance with their class 12^th score. CEPT University was established in the year 1962. One of the main faculty out of four is the Faculty of design and its foundation was laid in the year 1991. The faculty of Interior design provides good quality education to the students. The criteria of seeking admission here is the examination conducted by the university. The courses offered at thus university are Bachelors in Interior Designing, Masters in Furniture designing, Interior Architecture & Design and Int. Master of Interior Architectural Designing.

College for Architecture and Center for Design was establishes in the year 1914 and runs under the guidance of MVPS (Maratha Vidya Prasarak Samajh). It offers various Interior designing and architectural programmes. The programmes offered to the students are Bachelors in Designing, Architecture, Interior Designing, ProductDesigning, Set Designing and Furniture Designing. Students who have scored a minimum percentage of 50% or more can apply for the admission in this college and it is mandatory to pass a Common Entrance Test which is conducted by the institute itself. The Common Entrance Test consists of three stages- General ability test, second is Creative ability test and then the Studio test.
